Suwen Jin

I am a first-year PhD student at Politecnico di Milano, advised by Matteo Giuliani. My research is part of the BERLIN Project, which focuses on integrating behavioral intelligence and machine learning for complex socio-environmental systems.

My research focuses on understanding and modeling how decisions are made in real-world systems under uncertainty. I am particularly interested in inverse reinforcement learning, sequential decision processes, and data-driven policy optimization.

I received my Master’s degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin, where I developed a strong interest in machine learning and data-driven modeling.
